A single-seater room is Rs 16,000 to 18,000 a month. Double sharing is Rs 15,000 to 17,000 a month.
What does the rent include?
Three meals a day from our in-house kitchen, an air-conditioned room, 100 Mbps WiFi, daily housekeeping, hot and cold RO water, and 24x7 power backup. Room electricity is metered and billed separately.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned and fully furnished, with a box bed, mattress, almirah, study table, and chair.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, Rs 20,000. Refundable after an 11-month stay (August to June).
What is the minimum stay?
August to June (academic year).

Where is the food cooked?
In our own in-house kitchen, so you can see what is being prepared and served. There is no outside caterer.
Is the food vegetarian?

How close is the nearest college?
Hansraj College is about a 5-minute walk and Kirori Mal about 8 minutes. Ramjas, Hindu, SRCC, and St. Stephen's are all within roughly 12 to 14 minutes on foot.
Which is the nearest metro?
Vishwavidyalaya on the Yellow Line, a short e-rickshaw from Kamla Nagar.
Safety and rules
Is it safe?
Yes. There is biometric entry, CCTV throughout, and the owner's family lives on the first floor, so there is always someone responsible on site.
Are there house rules?
No smoking and no alcohol.
